Committed to continuous improvement and constant refinement

Hanlon Windows have a goal to establish new standards in the performance, appearance and quality of their Aluminium and Timber Windows and Doors. Hanlon Windows today make a diverse range of Aluminium and Timber Windows and Doors and currently employ approximately 80 employees. We pride ourselves in supporting many local charities, community projects, sporting associations and families throughout the Southern NSW Region.

Where we have come from

1979
Hanlon Windows Officially opens on Bolong Road Bomaderry selling standard windows and doors, bricks and shower screens.
1987
Brian Hanlon Wins Business person of the Year at the Shoalhaven Business Awards.
1991
Oak Flats Showroom Opens helping to service the Wollongong area.
1992
Hanlon Windows breaks into the Sydney market.
1996
Joins AWS to manufacture a higher-end product and expand our window and door product range. At the same time the business reaches 50 employees.
2004
Drummoyne Showroom Opens, expanding our reach in the Sydney area.
2007
Won award for Best Large Business in the Shoalhaven Business Awards.
2011
Commissioned our first CNC machine to increase productivity in the production line and we also joined Facebook this year.
2012
Chance buys the business from Brian and Tim joins the business.
2013
Maddie joins the business.
2014
Solar Panels are installed on the roof of the Bomaderry factory. One of the first major solar installations of its size in the Shoalhaven.
2015
Bec joins the business and the business joins Instagram.
2016
Won an AWA Design Award for ‘Best use of windows and doors in a Commercial New Construction Under $5 Million’
2017
Highly commended award from AWA Design Awards for ‘Best use of Widows and Doors in a Residential Renovation’

Chance wins Business leader award at the Illawarra Business Awards.
