Update your browserFuture Flip and Catherine from The Stables came to us with this duplex project called ‘Two in Twelve’, that they wanted to complete within 12 weeks! Future Flip are known for their quick, quality builds but this was going to be a first for interior designer Catherine and an even more daunting build as it was her own home that was going under construction. From the beginning, Catherine had a very strong vision of what she wanted the duplex to look like and worked closely with Neil from Future Flip, Hanlon Windows and each of the suppliers to make this dream a reality.
Powdercoat Custom Black Matt frames were used on this build to make the windows and doors stand out and become a real feature of the project. Combined with the light exterior cladding and the white interior walls, the black framed windows become a focal point in the home. The large stacking sliding doors allow for the internal living area to open up to the large outdoor entertaining area on each home. This helps to create a real flow from inside to outside. This, combined with the full height louvre and double hung windows, let in a lot of natural light in the home which was a must have for the home owner.
